• Identify talent at grass root levels and provide the best platform to nurture and exercise themselves
• Provide quality coaching through certified and experienced coaches
• Provide world class infrastructure ranging from tables, lighting, flooring, balls and other training equipment
• Promote the game by providing access to multiple centers across the country
• Develop a large base of players across all age groups (from 5 years of age to veterans) and make them champions

• Providing scholarships to talented and needy players for career development

• Ensure transparency and fair treatment to all stakeholders (Coaches, Parents, Players and Sponsors) of ITTC
• Provide quality coaching to all our players to the best of our capacity based on player’s proficiency
• Provide equal access to our world class infrastructure to all our players
• Ensure discipline and zero tolerance towards any form of discrimination
• Promote patriotism towards institution and country and overall personality development
